Where is the festival located? West Bend at Riverside Park - south of Washington Street (also known as Hwy. 33) off Indiana Avenue.

What are the festival hours? Grounds open Friday at 4:30 p.m. and at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, and close each day at 11:30 p.m.

Who is performing at this year's festival?

Friday, September 5: 5:30 p.m.: Warren Hill; 7:30 p.m.: Lavay Smith & Her Red Hot Skillet Lickers; and 9:30 p.m.: Soul Express, featuring Phil Perry, Everette Harp, and Chris Standring

Saturday, September 6: 1:30 p.m.: Nelson Rangell; 3:45 p.m.: East Bay Soul, featuring Greg Adams, and Tom Scott; 6:15 p.m.: Jim Peterik’s Lifeforce; and 8:30 p.m.: Nick Colionne

What are the ticket costs?

From Thursday, May 1 – Monday, June 16, a one-day ticket is $60 and a two-day ticket is $100.

From Tuesday, June 17 – Friday, August 29, the one-day ticket will be $65 and a two-day ticket will be $110.

Effective Saturday, August 30, gate pricing goes into effect, with the one-day ticket $75 while a two-day ticket will be $125.

Do children need tickets? A ticket is required for all attendees two-years of age or older. Those younger than two are admitted at no charge.

How do you order tickets?

  • Go to the "Ticket Prices/Order Form" page, completing the order form and submitting via e-mail
  • Send a completed ticket order form with a check, mail order, or credit card number to West Bend Sunrise Rotary Foundation, Inc., P.O. Box 1087, West Bend, WI 53095
  • Call the KMJF information line toll-free at 1-877-271-6903 for the location nearest you.

Where is parking and what is the cost? All parking is free. Handicapped parking is available at Riverside Park. The Indiana Street parking lot at The Gehl Company will be the primary parking area. Additional lots, including those at the County Grounds on Highway 33, and street parking is also within walking distance of the park.

How is festival seating arranged? Seating will be available on a first come, first serve basis. The stage and audience area is under the festival's unique tension-style super structure. Lawn seating is available outside the tent. The event will occur rain or shine.

Can a chair or blanket be brought on the grounds? Patrons can bring a lawn or bag chair or blankets on to the festival grounds. Chairs and blankets can be placed in the open areas outside the tent. Chairs can be placed on the outer perimeter of the rows of festival chairs under the tent and at the rear of the tent.

What other attractions are part of the festival? In addition to the various food and beverage vendors, there is an Arts Marketplace featuring displays and sales of original art by 15 local and regional artisans. In addition, there is a festival store that features logo merchandise such as polo shirts, denim shirts. T-shirts, jackets, blankets, and more, plus CDs of the entertainer's latest music.

Is food and beverage sold? Several area food vendors will be on the grounds selling a variety of cuisine, plus there are beverage tents selling a variety of soft drinks, bottled water, beer, wine, and coffee.

Can food and beverages, including coolers, be brought on the grounds? No food or beverage carry-ins are allowed.

Is tailgating allowed in the parking lot? No food or beverage can be consumed in any of the parking lots.

Can I get entertainer autographs? Most entertainers sign autographs and CDs at the conclusion of their performance in the festival store. This is not guaranteed, but we have great success in having performers sign and talk with attendees.

Are cameras allowed? Patrons can bring cameras on the festival grounds and photos can be taken of entertainers. No flash photography is allowed.

Is video or audio recording allowed? No video or audio recording of any kind is allowed at the request of festival entertainers.

Is smoking allowed on the grounds? Smoking is allowed in the open areas of the festival grounds. Smoking is not allowed under any tents on the festival grounds.

Who produces the festival? Since its inception, members of the West Bend Sunrise Rotary Club have produced the festival on a volunteer basis.

How are festival proceeds used? Proceeds from the festival benefit charitable organizations through the West Bend Sunrise Rotary Foundation, Inc.

Who sponsors KMJF?

The presenting sponsor is West Bend Mutual Insurance, and the presenting media sponsor is the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

Major corporate sponsors are Midwest Airlines, W.O.W. Distributing Company, West Bend Savings Bank, Hilton Garden Inn - Milwaukee Park Place, Gordie Boucher Ford of West Bend, and The Gehl Company. Media partners are WJZX-FM 106.9, TODAY'S TMJ4, and Conley Publishing Group.

Corporate sponsors are Coca-Cola, Roto-Graphic Printing, West Bend Area Chamber of Commerce, Ron Sonntag Public Relations, and the West Bend Parks Recreation, and Forestry Department. Lastly, the Ticket Ordering page can be put back up. The early-bird two-day ticket cost is $100, while the one-day ticket cost is $60. This pricing will be in effect through Monday, June 16.
